If the transaction is created in draft mode, it is necessary to activate the transaction before the notarization workflow can get triggered- this endpoint validates the transaction body and sends the transaction so the signer(s) can initiate the signing flow. This endpoint should only be called once the processing_state of all associated documents reflects done or when all relevant transaction.document.processed webhooks are received and acknowledged for the associated transaction.
