When an organization has the "Use Company Notaries" setting enabled (i.e., they are using their own internal notaries), this endpoint will return a list of internal notaries that are eligible to take the meeting for the specified transaction.

If you receive a 200 OK with a response of [ ], then that means that none of your internal notaries are eligible to take the meeting for reasons such as title underwriter restrictions.

Example: A Texas title underwriter may require a Texas commissioned notary for a Texas property. If none of your internal notaries are commissioned in Texas, then this endpoint will return a [ ] for that transaction.
