Document Vaulting

Proof partners with eOriginal and DocMagic to provide document vaulting services to our business and real estate customers.

For business customers (any transaction type other then a real estate closing or title package) our integration with eOriginal allows transaction creators to mark individual documents for vaulting. Upon completing of the signing session, documents marked for vaulting will be pushed back automatically into the corresponding evault.

For real estate customers, we accept enotes (promissory notes) through eOriginal and DocMagic.
We accept enotes in two different formats:

1. MISMO SMART_DOCUMENT XML (eNote XML).
2. SMARTDoc Template XML, aka an XML "Seed File".
